EMT-Basic Admissions / Registration

Course Schedule

You do not need to have all of your paperwork submitted at the time of registration. However, all paperwork MUST be submitted before the first night of class. Follow the steps below to register for the course.

You will be contacted after your registration has been received and you will be required to complete the following:

Full program fee is required no later than 10 days prior to start of class. Failure to meet this requirement will result in an immediate withdrawal from the program.

• $  500 Due with Application
• $    65 Due with CPR class
• $    30 Due with Drug Screen
• $1405 Due no later than 10 days before start of class

  • AHA BLS CPR Course - Complete this course with RespondRight before the start of the EMT class
• All required books/workbooks for the course
• Patient assessment kit
• One Polo clinical shirt
• One pair Propper EMT Pant
• Drug Screening

Total Fee For EMT-B Course: $2100

1. Register online and pay the $100 non-refundable registration fee.

2. Application

Must be turned in with payment of $500 within 2 weeks of registration.

3. Submit one letter of recommendation.

4. State background check

This must be completed BEFORE any clinicals can be started. We urge you to complete this before the first day of class.

5. CPR Class.

This must be completed BEFORE the EMT course begins. Register and pay for the CPR class here. This payment will be deducted from your total tuition amount.

6. State or Federal photo identification.

7. Social Security card.

8. Minimum 18 years old.

Must have proof of age: drivers license, birth certificate, State ID.

9. Proof of High School Diploma or GED.

10. Documentation of a physical exam.

This general physical exam needs to be performed by a MD or DO within the last 12 months.

11. Documentation of Vaccinations/Shot Records.

You must have the following:
MMR or Antibody Titer Test, Hepatitis B Vaccination and Negative PPD in the last 12 months.

12. The remaining tuition MUST be paid no later than 10 days prior to start of class. Failure to meet this requirement will result in an immediate withdrawal from the program.

Additional EMT Pants can be purchased at our office. We carry 6-pocket EMT pants and station pants for $42.99 a pair.

**Class must have a minimum number of students to make enrollment. You will be notified within 7 working days of the scheduled class if enrollment has not been met.
